Importing DaVinci-MIMS Modules

1. Run DaVinci-MIMS, log in as the administrator, then click on the Teacher Utilities Tab then the lesson repository.
2. Once in the Lesson repository, click on the Import Lesson tab and the following screen should appear:
   
3. If you are importing a new lesson, then the Import Type and the check boxes are set correctly by default.  However, if you are updating an existing lesson, simply click Update Current Lesson and the Import To path and Lesson name will be filled in automatically.
4. Select the path to import from by pressing the folder button beside the Import From field.  At this point, if you are importing new lessons from a CD, place the lesson CD into the CD drive.  Once the path has been selected, the Import To Path and Lesson names may be filled in automatically.
5. Check the Import To Path and correct it by typing the path directly in or by using the folder button beside the Import To field.
6. Double-check the lesson name and the other settings, and if everything is correct, then press the Import button, and the lesson will be imported.
7. It is possible that you will be informed that a path referred to for the buttons does not exist.  If this is the case, click on the Buttons tab and double-check the path's to make sure that they are correct.
